About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to performing technical duties in electronic, mechanical, or systems areas, completing tests, measurements, operations, and process controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical duties on functional work group projects.
• Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects.
• Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material.
• Maintain production tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot to diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical assembly diagrams.
• Support manufacturing operations in an assembly-focused environment.
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively through written communication and email.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical assembly diagrams.
• Mechanical and electrical assembly skills.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Comfortable working with hands and tools.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience in automotive mechanics, machine shop, or assembly/manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on mechanical experience.
• Standard schedule is 40 hours per week.
• Overtime is not guaranteed. Potential overtime opportunities may arise during high-volume periods, particularly in Q4 and Q1.
