Manufacturing Technician

Job TitleJob Overview:Pay Range: $19.00hr - $24.00hrRequirement/Must Have:High School Diploma or GED.Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical assembly diagrams.Mechanical and electrical assembly skills.Basic troubleshooting skills.Strong mechanical aptitude.Comfortable working with hands and tools.Basic Microsoft Office proficiency including Outlook and PowerPoint.Must comply with all safety procedures.Must complete required site access and clearance processes.Responsibilities:Perform technical duties in functional areas such as electronic, mechanical, or systems.Complete tests, measurements, operations, and process controls.Perform technical duties on functional work group projects.Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects.Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material.Maintain production tools and equipment.Perform troubleshooting to diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them.Read blueprints and identify components.Perform wire preparation, stripping, and crimping.Perform harness repair and termination.Use pertinent manual hand tools.Maintain skills in electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies.Operate and program automated machines.Use guiding principles and tools of the manufacturing system to drive continuous improvement.Support manufacturing and assembly operations in a hands-on production environment.Maintain quality and safety standards.Communicate effectively with stakeholders.Nice To Have:Automotive mechanics background.Machine shop experience.Assembly or manufacturing environment experience.Hands-on mechanical experience.Skills:Mechanical Assembly.Electrical Assembly.Technical Drawing Interpretation.Wiring Diagrams.Troubleshooting.Hand Tools.Wire Preparation.Crimping.Hydraulics.Microsoft Office.Continuous Improvement.Qualification And Education:High School Diploma or GED.
