Healthcare Business Analyst/Quality Assurance

We are currently recruiting for a hybrid Business Analyst/Quality Assurance consultant. The person in this role will play a key role in setting up tablets used by medical personnel (mostly nurses) to order medical equipment for patients. The successful candidate for this QA/BA role will have experience in the Healthcare industry (a former nurse is ideal), and will be familiar with clinical applications, assignment of benefits, pharmacy, patient records, etc. The BA responsibilities require the Healthcare industry expertise, and the QA experience will be necessary to set up User Acceptance Testing and to perform those tests. The candidate will also be involved in the implementation phase and working with the end users to debug any issues. This is currently slated as a 3 month contract position, however, our client frequently requires this sort of experience, and it is likely to extend.
