Cafe Manager

A luxury hotel is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee a thriving breakfast and lunch operation with personalized service in a refined hospitality environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the front and understands how to create memorable guest experiences while driving strong operational performance.

What Youll Do

Lead daily operations for busy upscale cafe and coffee bar

Coach, develop, and schedule a high-performing service team

Maintain elevated service standards and guest satisfaction

Manage labor, inventory, and beverage programs

Ensure a polished, welcoming atmosphere that reflects a luxury guest experience

What Were Looking For

3+ years of Food & Beverage leadership in a high-volume cafe environment

Strong floor presence and service leadership skills

Coffee and Barista knowledge preferred

Experience managing teams, scheduling, and service standards

Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
