We are looking for a driven, road-warrior Outside Sales Representative to manage a local territory and expand our market reach in the regulated consumer products industry. In this field-based role, you will spend the majority of your time visiting retail locations, building face-to-face relationships with store managers, and aggressively growing our wholesale footprint. If you thrive on the road, love the hustle of B2B field sales, and know how to close deals in person, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Route & Territory Management: Plan and execute daily travel routes to visit existing retail clients and aggressively prospect new store locations within your designated territory.
• Face-to-Face Sales: Pitch new product lines, negotiate shelf space, and close wholesale orders directly with retail buyers and store owners.
• Merchandising & Marketing: Coordinate in-store product launches, set up promotional displays, and ensure our brand is highly visible and compliant on the retail floor.
• Account Health: Check store inventory levels, analyze local sales trends, and act as the primary point of contact for your route's accounts.
• Operations Coordination: Submit daily orders from the field and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure fast, accurate fulfillment.

What We’re Looking For

• The Road Warrior: You must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation (along with a willingness to spend 80%+ of your week driving to accounts).
• Experience: Proven experience in outside B2B sales, route sales, or territory management (wholesale or regulated consumer goods experience is highly preferred).
• Self-Starter: Because you are in the field, you do not need to be micromanaged. You know how to build a schedule and hit your numbers independently.
• Communication: Highly persuasive, professional, and comfortable negotiating in a fast-paced retail environment.
