Avon Health Center, family owned since 1974, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice and respite care. We are a 120 bed facility with a 30 bed post-acute/rehab unit. Our Facility has an excellent reputation in the community and we are looking for caring persons to provide leadership and drive the quality care we are known for to our residents.

We are a resident-oriented facility looking for a dynamic FULL TIME (32 HOURS) RN Charge Nurse for our 3-11 shift who is a team player, enthusiastic, professional, courteous and detail-oriented. 3-11 Shift including every other weekend and every other holiday
Charge Nurse on Weekdays / Supervisor Weekends
$38.00 - $45.00/hr as RN (DOE); $43.00-$50.00/hr as Supervisor (DOE)
$2.50 shift differential
EXTRA $6.25 - $9.37 per hour for pick up shifts!
$1.50 Weekend Differential
