They are responsible for providing a safe environment for our guests and ensuring all serviceneeds are met. DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES: To greet and create an environment where the guests will be welcomed in an appropriate manner Providesthehighestlevelofcustomerandguestservices,expeditesanyandallrequestsfrom clients,guestsand members. To answer all the telephone calls and convey the messages correctly and promptly to the appropriate persons Maintain a professional relationship with all agencies, contractors, vendors, and customers EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE: Must have a positive attitude Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills Strong ability to develop partnerships with internal clients/others WORKINGCONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Mustbeabletoindependently lift,carry, push,andpulluptothirty(30)pounds Mustbeable toswimorbewilling towearapersonal flotationdeviceininstancesof emergency Mustbeabletoperformsimplegrasping,finemanipulation,andrepetitivehand&armmovementsfrequently,and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
