ABOUT THE ROLE: Provide professional clinical care for office patients following established policies and procedures. FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

- Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
- Performs certain lab tests.
- Takes and records patients vital signs, immunization status, and brief history.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Cleans and autoclaves procedural equipment and instruments.
- Observes records and reports to physician patient's condition and reaction to drugs and treatments, according to the nursing process.
- Oversees appointment scheduling, assures priority is given to patients in emergency situations.
- We will accept Certified MA or non-certified MA.
- Medical Assistant Training is a plus.
- One year of professional experience preferred, preferably in an office setting.
