Procurement Specialist

Position Summary The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, issuing purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices that support organizational goals. The Procurement Specialist provides internal and external customers with high quality support and timely service. Primary Responsibilities Prepare purchase orders and track order fulfillment Reconcile received to invoiced quantities Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve issues promptly Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation Skills and Requirements Proficient Microsoft based computer skills Touch type and 10 key with a high level of accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong written and oral communication Ability to prioritize and multitask Deadline and detail-oriented Develops and maintains professional relationships with colleagues May be assigned additional duties, depending on experience High school or equivalent education Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check Why Senox?
