About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be a brand ambassador for the community, creating memorable first impressions and guiding prospective residents through every step of their leasing journey. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional leasing experience: Welcome prospective residents, conduct engaging property tours, and showcase the community’s distinctive features, luxury amenities, and lifestyle offerings.
• Drive leasing performance: Respond promptly to inquiries, follow up with prospective residents, convert leads into leases, and help achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Build meaningful relationships: Create genuine connections with prospects and residents while delivering personalized, high-touch customer service.
• Manage the leasing process: Prepare and process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Support lease-up success: Help establish the community’s reputation, generate excitement, and contribute to innovative strategies that attract qualified residents.
• Maintain exceptional presentation: Ensure the leasing office, model residences, and tour routes reflect the community’s elevated standards.
• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with property management, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless resident experience.
• Maintain compliance: Follow Fair Housing requirements, company policies, and all applicable leasing regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in multifamily leasing, luxury hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• A confident, polished, and professional presentation.
• A sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals and delivering results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
