Business Analyst JrControls Execution & Testing (Approximately 70%)Extract and analyze data reports using Tableau.Perform daily review and validation of manual controls.Investigate control exceptions and failures using root cause analysis methodologies.Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership.Document, review, update, and publish control procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Member Complaint Management (Approximately 30%)Review customer/member complaints and supporting documentation.Determine whether issues are related to member misunderstanding, operational processes, or systemic concerns.Conduct root cause analysis and identify corrective actions.Prepare summaries, supporting evidence, and documentation for compliance and audit review.Required Qualifications3–4 years of Business Analyst experience on the business sideExperience with controls execution, controls testing, and controls documentation.Experience investigating member/customer complaints and conducting root cause analysis.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience presenting findings and leading discussions with business stakeholders.Hands-on experience with Tableau reporting and data analysis.Preferred QualificationsBanking industry experience.Knowledge of banking products such as Deposits, Credit Cards, Consumer Lending, or Real Estate.Experience with Oracle.Basic SQL or scripting knowledge.Experience with issue management and governance-related processes
