Job Description

• Analysis/evaluation of Business, System, Process, Functional, Non-Functional and Operational requirements.
• Manage the evolution of Epics, Features, Capabilities, User stories, Tasks and other Backlog items, including breaking down the stories, eliciting conversations, and facilitating brainstorming sessions.
• Facilitate User story grooming, story mapping, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Work with various Business and IT stakeholders to Elicit, Analyse and elaborate Requirements for delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional team members, Architects, Developers to ensure User stories are concise, comprehensible, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
• Prepare appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information.
• Develops relationships with upstream and downstream business partners in managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Participate in functional and regression testing and provide feedback.
• Participate in System Integration and UAT with end users and various stakeholders to ensure all the pre-determined project vision is achieved.
• Monitor EDI transactions and issues, working with other technical and/or business resources as necessary.
• Validate that the changes to retailer and e-commerce processes are implemented.

Skills Required

• 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• 2 years' experience with Azure DevOps / JIRA / Confluence.
• 1-2 years' experience using SAP or similar Order Management/ERP systems.
• 1-2 years' Experience with on-line vendor portals and databases.
• 1-2 years' Experience with EDI integration.
• Experience in IT or eBusiness, including experience with eCommerce, web application development, or other eBusiness solutions.
• Experience in problem resolution with IT systems and individuals.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
• Experience with an enterprise-class eCommerce platform.
• Understanding of eCommerce internationalization and localization complexities: content in multiple languages, country-specific product availability, and tax & payment processing.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes where you quickly write effective user stories that can be broken into meaningful tasks by developers.
• Working knowledge specific to E-Commerce/Marketplace (products & strategies).
• Fluent with web development implementation & strategy across one more e-commerce product such as Salesforce Commerce.
