Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems AnalystClient is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to design and deliver SAP Cloud for Customer (SAP C4C V1) enhancements. This role will partner with Sales, Service, business, and technical teams to define requirements, configure solutions, coordinate custom development, and support successful implementation.Core ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, document, and validate requirements with Sales and Service stakeholders.Design end-to-end SAP C4C V1 solutions that meet business needs and enterprise standards.Perform SAP C4C configuration changes and coordinate customization efforts with development teams.Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.Develop functional specifications for enhancements and larger implementation projects.Perform unit testing, create test plans, and coordinate business and technical testing.Ensure solutions comply with applicable security and accessibility standards.Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT throughout the solution lifecycle.Define project timelines, coordinate implementation activities, and support resource and demand planning.Monitor system usage, gather user feedback, troubleshoot issues, and identify post-implementation improvements.Essential Qualifications, Skills, and TechnologiesBachelor's degree.5+ years of progressive SAP C4C V1 implementation experience.Strong functional understanding of Sales and Service processes and concepts.Hands-on SAP C4C configuration and solution-design experience.Experience designing end-to-end solutions that improve operational efficiency.Demonstrated ability to produce functional specifications for small enhancements and large projects.Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical and functional solutions.Experience creating test plans, performing unit testing, and coordinating testing activities.Prior experience managing projects and working with cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills or ExperienceWorking knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and data structures.Working knowledge of middleware solutions and integration concepts.Work DetailsRichardson, Texas.Full-time onsite position, 5 days per week.Remote work cannot be accommodatedNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
