You Are:

This hybrid role involves analyzing business requirements, ensuring product quality, and supporting product development through detailed analysis and testing. The professional acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and quality assurance to deliver products that meet user needs and business goals.

The opportunity:

* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

* Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.

* Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

* Assist in solution design and validate that deliverables meet business objectives. Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

* Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements.

* Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and functionality.

* Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to resolve issues.

* Participate in regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

* Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

* Product Analyst

* Analyze market trends, user feedback, and product performance metrics to inform product decisions.

* Support product managers in defining product features, roadmaps, and priorities.

* Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for product enhancements.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are well understood and implemented.

* Assist in preparing product documentation, training materials, and release notes.

What you need :

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* Experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or product analysis roles.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Familiarity with requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.

* Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).

* Understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.

* Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

* They bridge the gap between financial stakeholders and software developers to optimize workflows like application intake, underwriting, and closing.

* A Loan Origination System (LOS) Business Analyst (BA) needs core knowledge in the lending lifecycle, system configurations, and regulatory compliance. They bridge the gap between financial stakeholders and software developers to optimize workflows like application intake, underwriting, and closing

* Know the end-to-end steps from lead generation, application intake, and credit analysis to underwriting, closing, and funding.

* Preferred Qualifications:

* Agile Product Owner.

* Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

* Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

* Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and customer journey mapping.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Hybrid - Texas

Compensation Range : $80,000-$120,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
