Position Overview

Infinova is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Account Representative to join our growing team in Secaucus, NJ.

This is an in-person, face-to-face customer sales position within retail environments . You will work directly with customers to introduce available products and services, explain current promotions, identify customer needs, and complete sales.

This position does not involve door-to-door sales.

No previous sales experience is required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Your Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Sales Account Representative, you will:

• Engage with customers face-to-face in assigned retail locations.
• Present and explain available products, services, and current promotions.
• Identify customer needs through direct conversations and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about available service options.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process and complete sales transactions.
• Accurately document sales activity and customer interactions.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and promotional offers.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
• Participate in paid training, ongoing coaching, and professional development programs.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Full-time availability, including weekends as scheduled.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retail work locations.
• Ability to perform the essential responsibilities of an in-person sales position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

Compensation

Guaranteed hourly pay: $15.92 per hour, plus commission.

• Typical total weekly earnings: $630–$1,000, including commissions, based on recent earnings for representatives in this position.
• Employees receive their guaranteed hourly wages for all hours worked, plus commissions earned under the company's compensation program.
• Actual weekly earnings vary based on hours worked, individual sales performance, and commissions earned.
• Applicable overtime compensation is provided in accordance with state and federal law.
• The $630–$1,000 weekly earnings range is not guaranteed. Employees are guaranteed their applicable hourly wages regardless of sales performance.
