Bast Hatfield Construction is searching for an ambitious commercial construction Project Manager who wants more than another project to manage. We want someone who wants to become one of the leaders who defines our company's future. You'll lead commercial projects ranging from approximately $2 million to over $20 million across healthcare, higher education, hospitality, industrial, retail, and public sectors.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from award through closeout.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field leadership.
• Drive schedule, budget, quality, and profitability.
• Lead contract negotiations, procurement, change management, and project financials.
• Coordinate preconstruction, estimating, operations, and field teams.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers while growing into larger leadership responsibilities.
• Identify risks early and solve problems before they impact the project.

Who you are

• We care more about what you've accomplished than how many years you've worked.
• Experience leading commercial construction projects as a General Contractor
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Ability to think like an owner rather than simply manage paperwork
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with public and private work preferred
