Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Acute Care, traveling assignment in Laconia, NH. Start date 09/07/2026 for 13 weeks with guaranteed 35 hours per week on a dayshift schedule (08:00–16:30) in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services under supervision within an acute care–or SNF-oriented setting
- Assist with patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy plans
- Support patients with activities of daily living, bed mobility, transfers, and functional tasks
- Document patient progress, notes, and any changes in status per facility policies
- Utilize therapeutic activities, modalities, and adaptive equipment as directed to promote independence and safety
- Collaborate with the OT, nursing, and therapy teams to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care

Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in New Hampshire or eligibility to practice
- Graduation from an accredited OTA program (associate degree)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting with acute care responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and accurate documentation abilities
- Willingness to travel and participate in a travel assignment
