Schedule: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years Acute Care MedSurg/Telemetry Experience

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the MedSurg/Telemetry Float Pool at Concord Hospital-Laconia. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients while utilizing advanced cardiac monitoring skills. Candidates should be comfortable floating as needed and delivering safe, evidence-based care in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process.
Monitor telemetry patients, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond appropriately to clinical changes.
Administer medications, including Cardizem and insulin drips (non-DKA), following physician orders and hospital protocols.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and maintain accurate patient documentation.
Float to assigned units as needed while maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care.

Requirements

Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License.
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care MedSurg/Telemetry nursing experience.
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Advanced Telemetry experience with the ability to pass the Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding.
Previous travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers with strong acute care experience will also be considered.
