About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the MedSurg/Telemetry Float Pool at Concord Hospital-Laconia. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients while utilizing advanced cardiac monitoring skills. Candidates should be comfortable floating as needed and delivering safe, evidence-based care in a fast-paced acute care environment.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the MedSurg/Telemetry Float Pool at Concord Hospital-Laconia. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients while utilizing advanced cardiac monitoring skills. Candidates should be comfortable floating as needed and delivering safe, evidence-based care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process.
- Monitor telemetry patients, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond appropriately to clinical changes.
- Administer medications, including Cardizem and insulin drips (non-DKA), following physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Float to assigned units as needed while maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care.
- Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License.
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care MedSurg/Telemetry nursing experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Advanced Telemetry experience with the ability to pass the Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding.
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers with strong acute care experience will also be considered.
