We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors and/or Social Workers for our Windsor location.

Responsibilities and Duties for Licensed Counselors and/or Social Workers:
- Provide consumer assessments to include determination of initial services for priority populations
- Schedule services
- Linkage/referrals to other service providers
- Provide counseling plan develop coordinate consult and implement services that provide treatment education rehabilitation and support to
Qualifications and Skills for Licensed Counselors and/or Social Workers:
- Masters Degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling or related Human Services field required.
- Licensed (LPC or LCSW) upon approval by the respective Board required.
- A minimum of five (5) years work experience in a human services field preferably in a mental health setting.
- Valid current drivers license and acceptable DMV record at time of hire and continuously thereafter.
