Talent Acquisition Manager

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. 1 position must be based in Charlotte, NC and 1 in Las Vegas, NV to support business needs. How You'll Make an Impact Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plans Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring regulations, maintaining accurate records and audit processes Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreach effectiveness and communicate actionable insights to business leaders Source, recruit, screen and select candidates, continually improving staffing quality and supporting targeted headcount requirements Working Conditions Office environment Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience 5+ years of human resources or recruiting experience Skills Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written formats Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently, supervise and motivate others Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to make decisions collaboratively and solve problems under pressure Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively Ability to present information to management Ability to use personal computer and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets Knowledge of broadband products and services Expert knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies, staffing and employment practices Working knowledge of market compensation trends Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers at all levels of the organization Preferred Qualifications Skills 2+ years of management or leadership experience Benefits Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
