Automotive Parts Customer Service / Sales Representative

Job Description

Automotive Parts Customer Service / Sales Representative Required Skills & Experience:

Proven customer service and/or sales experience
Strong automotive knowledge and hands-on experience with automotive parts
Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs, diagrams, and technical information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be organized and keeping your work area clean

Key Responsibilities:

Generate accurate parts quotes for customers
Must be able to actually install suspension components on customers vehicles
Provide high-quality customer service and product recommendations
Perform proactive customer follow-up
Assist warehouse personnel during large or complex order
Manage inventory control tasks (stock checks, cycle counts, etc.)
Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager
NOT just a desk job, automotive assembly and installation is a MUST.
