Practice Info Join our new team of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs at a well-established hospital in Yakima, WA Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world Integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other provider groups Team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement Responsibilities Focus on caring for complex cases in a busy collaborative care team environment Provide anesthesia for a diverse range of surgeries, including general, OB, regional, and endo Document anesthesia administration and patient responses in accordance with hospital standards Compensation Annual compensation up to $620,000 annually, based on the number of shifts worked Commencement incentive of up to $75,000 and relocation offered to those who qualify Benefits In-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement & CME funds) Shift & Schedule Flexible scheduling is available Generous amount of scheduled time off Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Washington H1B visa candidates proudly sponsored New graduates are encouraged to apply
