What You'll Do

As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll leverage both your analytical skills and business acumen to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary business-facing resource for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related enterprise applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and recommend effective technology solutions.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and increased efficiency.
• Support ERP initiatives, including enhancements, implementations, integrations, testing, and solution deployments.
• Define reporting and analytics requirements to support dashboards, KPIs, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, and training materials.
• Support end users through troubleshooting, training, and post-implementation activities.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical resources to ensure successful project outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong experience supporting ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven background in:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of business process automation and system integration concepts.
• Experience supporting cross-functional business teams and enterprise-level technology initiatives.
