Business Analyst

This role will focus on assessing and optimizing claims operations (workflow, accuracy, SLAs, BPO performance) and identifying automation opportunities.
Strong preference for Medicare Advantage and deep claims adjudication knowledge. Must have experience in HealthEdge HealthRules Payer (HRP). Note: We don't want to see strictly technical BA titles/resumes with Claims processing/payment exposure. They need to be true claim's SME's (ownership- worked in claims operations, not supporting systems) and hands-on with adjudication, rework, payment integrity.
