Customer Service Analyst

Under the supervision of the Supervisor I of the Community Relations Office (Office) of the Public Affairs Division (Division) within the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the Analyst I will be responsible for responding to correspondence regarding consumer, applicant, and licensee issues and assisting in the Department Call Center.
