About the role

We are expanding our marketing department and looking for a Content Creator to produce high-end photos and videos for our campaigns, social channels, and overall brand identity. You will be responsible for shooting our premium product line and highlighting our patented technologies, while occasionally traveling off-site to shoot at live salons or industry expos.

You will have full access to our newly built matte white cyclorama studio and our in-house production equipment, including a Canon EOS R5 Mark II, a Canon 1DX Mark II, CB200 & CB300 NEEWER Studio lights, Canva Pro, CapCut Pro, and the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Premiere, Lightroom Classic, Photoshop, Illustrator).

While we expect a solid foundational understanding of either photo or video production, we treat this as a growth role. We will provide the space and resources for you to refine your workflow structure, master the equipment, and elevate your Adobe software skills and other skills alike. Your primary objective is to execute the visual vision of the marketing team to uphold our premium company image in the market.

What you will do

• Plan and shoot product photography and/or short-form video in our cyclorama studio (hero shots, detail shots, lifestyle, before/after hygiene story).
• Edit photos and/or videos for the website, Shopify-style product pages, Meta/TikTok/YouTube ads, email, and print sell sheets using software such as capcut, canva, adobe photoshop, etc.
• Optimize content for different platforms and placements for posts, stories, reels, and ads.
• Produce a consistent weekly (roughly 1-3 posts per week) content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube — mix of product, education (why disposable jets matter), salon-owner proof, and showroom moments.
• Write short captions and on-screen text that match our brand: clean, confident, hygiene-first, not gimmicky.
• Help build and maintain our asset library organized by product, campaign, and usage rights.
• Work with the Marketing Manager and team on briefs, launch calendars, and ad creative tests.
• Occasionally capture trade shows, deliveries, or customer installs.

Qualifications

- Required

• A portfolio showing photography and/or short-form video you personally shot and edited. This is required.
• Working knowledge of a camera and lighting (we use Canon EOS R5 Mark II and a Canon 1DX Mark II in-house) plus editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent.
• Ability to work on-site in Garden Grove, CA showroom (this is where our in-house cyclorama studio is located)
• Comfortable taking a brief, shooting, and delivering finished files
• File management and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of social aspect ratios, safe zones, and what performs in feed vs. ads. (We also provide this for you)

- Preferred

• Experience with beauty, furniture, equipment, or other physical-product brands.
• Comfortable on camera for talking-head product explainers.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, or basic analytics.
• Bilingual captioning (English / Vietnamese) is a plus but not required.
• Experience with audio equipment is a plus also. We run an in house recording studio but this skill is not required for this position.
