Location Plainsboro, NJ Shift Hours Per Diem: 11 pm – 7:30 am. Every other weekend/holiday rotation – as needed. Eligible for shift differential. Key Roles and Responsibilities Analyze biological samples adhering to Laboratory Standard Operating Procedures. Perform and document quality control and maintenance functions. Maintain ongoing competency in all areas of testing performed. Adhere to all laboratory safety and regulatory practices. Communicate well with physicians and other ancillary services. Prepaid tuition assistance after six months of employment. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biological, or laboratory science/medical technology science. Non‑US based education must be evaluated and certified as per US Standards via WES. Related Work Experience Recent experience in a clinical laboratory setting (required). ASC certification. Licensure/Certification Medical Technologist (ASCP or NCA) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP) or previously qualified prior to 2/28/92 under 42 CFR 493.1427. Unqualified candidates must be eligible to take the ASCP exam within 6 months of hire. Salary $29.48 – $47.01 per hour; specific rate determined by experience and education.
