Job Description

Overview

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate in our Windsor Locks location. This warehouse is a distribution center for small car parts. They ship brakes, brake pads, rotors, shoes, drums and a variety of other small car parts.

Responsibilities

Perform picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with other warehouse candidates to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes.
Knowledge of materials handling techniques.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for effective stocking and inventory control.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the shift.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
