Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in delivering patient care and treatment plans within an outpatient therapy setting
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
• Support patient progress through hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment for patients and staff
• Adhere to facility dress code, parking, and operational policies as communicated during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent state license must be obtained promptly
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and clinical workflows
