Associate Director, Global Access Insights

Role Global Access Insights Associate Director specializing in Vaccines & Infectious Disease, focusing on market access strategy, analytics, and research to support pricing and reimbursement decisions. Responsibilities Lead integrated market research and advanced analytics, leverage external data sources and emerging technologies like AI, develop predictive models for access outcomes, and generate actionable insights across descriptive, comparative, and predictive domains. Stakeholder collaboration Involves global market access and pricing teams, influencing cross-functional decision-making. Requirements Undergraduate degree; 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech market research, with at least 3 years in market access and 2+ years in vaccines or infectious diseases; strong understanding of global pharma landscape, payer environment, and access dynamics in key markets (US, EU, CN, JP). Preferred MBA or Master’s in a related field, experience in applying AI, Navlin or similar platforms, consulting background.
