Overview Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Consultant to join their team. As an HR Consultant, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting Engineering and cross-functional business teams . The ideal candidate will have strong judgment , excellent stakeholder communication , and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Details Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Consultant Location: Redmond, WA - Hybrid Type: Contract What’s the Job? Coach and advise managers and employees on complex performance, employee relations, and workplace matters Provide expert guidance on career development, performance management, and HR policy interpretation Analyze trends and leverage data insights to recommend proactive solutions and mitigate risks Design and implement scalable, automated HR solutions to improve manager effectiveness and efficiency Partner cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and business leaders to support strategic people initiatives What’s Needed? 5+ years of HR consulting or employee relations experience in a complex organization Deep expertise in performance management, workplace investigations, or case management Strong data-driven decision-making skills with ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights Proven ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with confidence influencing leaders What’s in it for me?
