Stacker Operator
Location: Springfield, Ohio
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Position Summary
We are seeking a Stacker Operator to support production operations at a manufacturing facility specializing in recycled paper and corrugated cardboard products. This position involves operating stacking equipment, organizing finished materials, and ensuring products are properly stacked and prepared for the next stage of production or shipment.
Job Duties
Operate and monitor stacking equipment along production lines
Stack and organize finished cardboard and paper products
Inspect materials for defects and quality concerns
Ensure products are stacked evenly and securely
Monitor product flow and remove damaged materials
Assist with preparing completed stacks for storage or shipment
Report equipment malfunctions and production concerns
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow established production and safety procedures
Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable working around industrial machinery
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and reaching
Strong attention to detail and product quality
Ability to follow production instructions and safety procedures
Willingness to learn stacking equipment operations
Steel-toed boots required
