Physical therapist to evaluate for the identification of students who may be eligible for services under IDEA and State Board rule. Conduct PT consultations and re-evaluations and provide services to students who qualify for Physical Therapy in a variety of service/classroom settings within the school district. Write IEP's and maintain documentation of progress towards student goals. Work collaboratively with other service providers, teachers, and school and district administration.
