• Evaluate new patients and identify movement limitations, pain, balance deficits, and functional challenges
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear recovery goals and timelines
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, balance and mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
• Educate patients on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and home programs to continue progress outside the clinic
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize recovery and outcomes
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, confidence, and overall quality of life
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to provide high-quality patient-centered care

Required Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Passion for helping patients with balance, vestibular, neurological, and fall-risk conditions
• Motivated, positive, and willing to continue learning and growing
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Ability to create and progress individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Outpatient orthopedic, neurological, or vestibular rehabilitation experience preferred
• Vestibular and balance rehabilitation experience is a plus
