Utilize de-escalation and problem-solving skills to resolve customer escalations. DailyReview Morning Coffee reporting at the start of each shift to determine the daily/weekly goals. DailyMaintain regional/district standards set forth by RD. Daily/Weekly/MonthlyOperationsInventory Management: Ensure daily serialized counts are performed Monday through Friday, follow stated receiving, transfer, and return policies and procedures. Daily/WeeklyComplete assigned accessory counts scheduled by DM. WeeklyFollow all operational procedures during each shift (open/close/mid). Daily/WeeklyFollow all POS guidelines to process transactions. DailyReturn all non-sell products and trade devices according to timeframe within policy. Daily/As NeededMaintain store organization, marketing/merchandise presentation and overall store appearance to provide good customer experience. Daily/WeeklyMaintain store cleanliness and fleet excellence expectations to include dress code and nametag compliance. DailyEmployee DevelopmentComplete individual trainings through VZ Learn, Dayforce, and any additional trainings required. DailyAssist in onboarding and training new employees.
