At this time we are open to both Part Time (min 16 hours per week) and Full Time. The right candidate will combine manual therapy strategies and functional movement fitness concepts to create a comprehensive treatment plan that’s worth going out of network for. Chain Effect is built on systems that allow autonomy in day-to-day work life and scheduling, but that also encourages collaboration between our providers. Essentially, you will treat your patients 1-on-1 in a private treatment room and train them in our connected gym. The right candidate will need to demonstrate comfort in effective and persuasive communication of their clinical rationale, plan, and expectations, before backing it up with rock solid treatment both on the table and off. Able to generate and cultivate leads, then convert them to new clients. Confident in ability and value, thus comfortable charging a premium for expertise. In short, we want rock stars. Able to collaborate with Coaches/Personal Trainers to optimize return to sport and performance enhancement training programs. Customer service oriented, accountable, and professional. Eager to build a schedule up to treat at least 20+ clients per week for part time and contractor positions and 35+ clinical hours/patients per week for full time. Fun to work with and has a general positive outlook: Energetic, ready to hustle, and make a name for themselves in this industry. Someone who is a perpetual learner, pushing their own improvement not just in their practice, but in other areas of life as well. Currently licensed in North Carolina as a Physical Therapist.
