Job Summary:
As a Dietary Assistant Cook , you will play a vital role in preparing and serving nutritious meals to our patients and residents. You will work closely with our dietary team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a full-time position that offers a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of meals, including food preparation, cooking, and plating

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards

• Monitor food inventory and ordering supplies as needed

• Assist with meal service, including transporting meals to patient rooms and serving patients

• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare menus, specials, and events

• Maintain accurate records of food inventory, production, and waste management
