This full-time position is ideal for a dependable and professional individual who excels in organization, communication, and multitasking. As the Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities include managing administrative support tasks to ensure smooth office operations, answering phones and emails, greeting guests, taking messages, and communicating effectively with the public at the front desk. Job Requirements You will need to maintain a tidy and organized office, monitor and replenish supplies, and run local errands as needed. Flexibility and reliability are essential. Additional duties may be assigned to support office functionality. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a clean criminal record, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a polished appearance. A resume is required for consideration.
