Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring efficient and effective patient care
Oversee daily nursing operations, making sound decisions to optimize patient outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Foster a positive work environment, promoting open communication, and empowering staff to excel
Serve as a mentor and preceptor to newer staff members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance patient satisfaction
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse or LVN
