Certified Nurse Aide - Post, TX

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assisting with daily living activities, mobilization, and transfers
Maintain a clean and safe environment for our patients, including stocking supplies and managing linens
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff members
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and concerns
Demonstrate a commitment to confidentiality, respect, and dignity in all interactions with patients and staff
