Home Care WorkerUniversity Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to clients in Wayne, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.Administer medications and monitor health conditions following care plans.Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.Document care provided and communicate observations to supervisors or healthcare professionals.Adhere to all safety and confidentiality policies.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in home care or related field preferred.Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable, compassionate, and patient.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.BenefitsCompetitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month.Opportunities for professional development and training.Supportive work environment.Flexible scheduling options.About the CompanyUniversity Home Care Inc is committed to providing exceptional in-home care services that enhance the quality of life for our clients.
