THE OPPORTUNITY The BIM Specialist will help multidisciplinary teams coordinate dense, highly serviced data center environments. This role combines model development, standards, clash coordination, data quality, and hands-on support to make complex design and construction information easier to use across the project lifecycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain, and audit coordinated BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems Run clash detection, lead coordination reviews, and track issues through resolution Establish project templates, naming standards, model-health practices, and execution-plan requirements Manage model federation, file exchanges, permissions, and common data environment workflows Create families, views, schedules, and model-based deliverables that support design and construction teams Support teams using Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related coordination tools Perform quality-control checks for geometry, metadata, coordinates, and deliverable readiness Train project users and help improve repeatable digital-delivery workflows SNIPEBRIDGE is a strategic talent solutions company specializing in connecting exceptional talent to great career opportunities.
