Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our therapeutic team. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting individual and group therapy sessions tailored to couples and families, addressing a wide range of issues, from relationship conflicts to children’s behavioral problems. Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients dealing with alcohol abuse, grief and loss, separation and divorce, and communication difficulties. Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving the best outcomes for our clients. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Participating in regular professional development and team meetings to continuously improve therapeutic practices and patient care. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate will be equipped to work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges such as family conflicts, blended family adjustments, job stressors, and more. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess: A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
