Active Texas Cosmetology License Required At Blo Pearland, you’ll work with a diverse clientele, sharpen advanced techniques, and grow into the next phase of your beauty career — whether that’s advanced artistry, leadership, education, or corporate opportunity. We are seeking:

• Full-time experienced stylists looking to build a long-term home
• Part-time experienced stylists who can support our busiest days, especially weekends, with the opportunity to grow into additional hours

Makeup experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

Hourly base pay + tips Commissions + performance bonuses Membership, retail, and add-on incentives Total earning potential: $19.50 – $27.00+ per hour Income grows through booking makeup services, performing extension services, keratin treatments, premium add-ons and retail, and membership production. Busy from day one with established members, repeat guests, and new clients. No need to build your own clientele—we provide the guests, and you focus on delivering an exceptional experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Texas Cosmetology License
• Professional salon experience required; must be confident performing blowouts and styling on clients
• Weekend availability required
• Passion for beauty, guest experience, and continued growth
• Makeup experience is a plus
