As a Logistics Coordinator you will coordinate and plan the customer orders / shipments accordingly to agreed upon scope, in addition, to all the customer inquiries regarding visibility and status of the shipments, answering questions and addressing any potential issues that may arise. Utilizing your strong forwarding & customer service knowledge, you will provide front line support for our customer to ensure customer satisfaction with our services and features in alignment of the processes based on the Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
