Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 33-bed ICU with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2-3.
• Titrate drips including cardiac drips and sedation, ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare support staff and respiratory therapists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Interpret and document telemetry strips, utilizing the GE monitoring system.
• Float to PCU and MedSurg units as needed, maintaining appropriate patient ratios.
• Complete unit-specific orientation and pass an open-book skills exam with 90% or better.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and valid driver's license for compliance verification.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
• Experience handling trauma, cardiac, and critical care cases.
• Able to start IVs, manage ventilators, and perform advanced airway management.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting systems.
• Solid understanding of ICU protocols and drip administration.
