Machinist

We are seeking an entry level Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an associates degree in machining from a local trade school. Responsibilities Operation of CNC machine tools including setup/removal of tooling and fixturing Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications Inspect finished pieces using precision measuring instruments like calipers, bore gauges, and micrometers Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance Assemble parts to create finished products Requirements Personal accountability An interest in learning and constantly attempting to do your work better A beginner's understanding CNC machining G-code for mills and lathes Some amount of CAM training is desirable but not required; if you have experience, please provide details in your application Communicates and works well with others Knowledge of machine tool tooling including tool holders, cutting tools and inspection equipment This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
