Brake Press Operator
SmartTalent is seeking to hire Brake Press Operators for a manufacturing company based in Monroe, WA. Ideal candidates will have previous Brake Press experience and have a strong attention to detail
LOCATION: Monroe, WA
Pay: $24 - $28 DOE
SCHEDULE: Monday – Thursday 5am - 330pm

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Operate Brake Press and Roll Forming machines according to job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Interpret job instructions to identify correct tools and programs needed for each project.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production timelines are met.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Brake Operator or a similar role such as CNC operating.
• Familiarity with Brake Press and Roll Forming machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Programming experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
