Sales Supervisor

Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Sales Supervisor to join its Cincinnati Premium Outlets store in Monroe, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Partner with and assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store functions - Sales generation, people development, merchandising and operations.
• Coach and develop sales associates in the moment while driving sales on the floor
• Drive your own percentage of sales
• Train all POS transactions - oversee customer service issues as needed
• Open and close the store in absence of Store Manager

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience
• Excellent organization skills
• Customer service skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
