Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Per Diem Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available in Sioux City, IA, supporting a retail and long-term care setting. This role is ideal for candidates licensed in Iowa who are experienced and confident in pharmacy operations, medication distribution, and patient interaction.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Approximately 8.5 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and distribute medications prescribed by healthcare providers
• Offer clear and helpful information to customers regarding medication use
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service within the pharmacy environment
• Support pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Iowa Pharmacy Technician license required
• Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
